Each session is reflection-driven, introduces one core micro- behaviour, and is structured to translate insight into immediate application. The format is flexible and can bedelivered virtually or in person.

Point Zero is grounded in real leadership contexts and built around live workplace scenarios managers are currently navigating. Each session translates these moments into simple micro – behaviour practices, followed by structured reflection and personal commitment to reinforce consistency back at work.
