1. Introduction

Welcome to Lifefulfil (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, coaching programs, assessments, workshops, consulting services, digital products, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under applicable law. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We implement reasonable security safeguards to protect your information.

Coaching sessions will not be recorded without your prior written consent.

4. Our Services & Engagement Model

Lifefulfil provides coaching-led leadership development programs, workshops, assessments, and consulting services.

Specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines are governed by the proposal, invoice, or written agreement issued at enrollment (“Service Agreement”). In case of conflict, the Service Agreement prevails.

5. Registration & Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

6. Fees, Payments & Refunds

a. Fees

Fees are as stated in your Service Agreement or at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST).

b. Payment

Payments must be made via approved methods. Late payments may result in suspension of Services.

c. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility, if any, will be governed by your Service Agreement. All fees are otherwise non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without first attempting a good-faith resolution with Lifefulfil.

7. Rescheduling & No-Shows

Session rescheduling policies are defined in the Service Agreement. Failure to attend without notice may be treated as a completed session.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Services for unlawful purposes
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute proprietary materials
• Attempt to reverse engineer frameworks or tools
• Disrupt website or digital infrastructure
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Lifefulfil

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, assessments, content, branding, and methodologies are owned by or licensed to Lifefulfil and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No material may be copied, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without written permission.

10. Confidentiality

We treat identifiable client information as confidential and will not disclose it except:

• With your consent
• As required by law

Clients agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials.

Separate confidentiality agreements may apply for corporate engagements.

11. Client Responsibilities & Disclaimer

Coaching is a facilitative and developmental process requiring active participation.

Lifefulfil does not guarantee specific career, business, financial, or personal outcomes.

Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You should seek licensed professionals where appropriate.

All decisions and actions remain the sole responsibility of the Client.

12. Testimonials & Case Studies

We may publish anonymized testimonials. We will seek consent before using identifiable names or images.

13. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers (e.g., payment processors, video conferencing platforms). Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of their services.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Lifefulfil shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Lifefulfil harmless from claims arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Misuse of Services
• Violation of applicable law

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, misuse, or unlawful conduct.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution survive termination.

17. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond reasonable control, including illness, natural events, government actions, internet disruptions, or technical failures.

18. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Disputes shall first be referred to mediation.

If unresolved, disputes shall be finally settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
